Our Story
NextGen Detailing was established in April of 2025. Originally, this business was just a goal to make some extra money over the summer, but due to extreme motivation, it has turned into a full-blown operation. NextGen has big goals, and the drive coming from these teenagers is undeniable. We are looking to become successful entrepreneurs and want to see how far this business can take us in life.
We may not be the oldest or the most experienced, but we can promise that we will get the job done and exceed your expectations. From working around school to maintaining a 3.5 GPA or above across all employees, we are excelling at time management. We all play travel sports and still find time for the business and our families.
We have plenty of happy customers and five-star reviews across all platforms. NextGen has become less of a business and more of a family. The memories made from working with your best friends in high school while making money. There's no better way to describe it than just going out and doing it.
As a team, we are looking forward to the future of NextGen, from going fully mobile by 2027 to hitting $16,000 in revenue by the end of summer 2026. Big moves and big goals are coming. We're just getting started, and we're ready to prove that hard work, hustle, and a strong team can take NextGen further than anyone expects.
Meet the Team
Colin
Founder & Full Time Technician
Colin developed a passion for cars at a young age, working on his own, spending time with his father in the garage, and attending car shows whenever he could. In a generation that often takes the easy road, Colin stands apart by holding himself to a high standard and never settling for less. Outside of NextGen, he has played soccer for 13 years and stays active in the gym. After high school, Colin plans to pursue trade school in Florida or Texas. Managing a business at 16 while balancing soccer, work, and personal growth speaks for itself. What drives him most is the look on a customer's face when the job is done right — that satisfaction means everything to him. Colin has big goals, and he won't stop until he reaches every one of them.
Brady
Manager & Full Time Technician
Brady keeps things running smoothly at NextGen, wearing a few hats as both manager and a full-time technician. He has a passion for the business side of things too, handling a lot of the advertising, detailing work, and website building that keeps NextGen looking sharp online and off. When he's not at school or working on cars, Brady plays travel baseball and stays active in his church community. He's someone who takes pride in everything he puts his name on, and that shows in the quality of work he brings to NextGen every day.
Jonah
Full Time Technician
Jonah is one of the hands-on guys making sure every car that comes through NextGen gets the attention it deserves. He has a natural eye for detail and genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done. Outside of work, Jonah is a high schooler juggling school, travel hockey, and anything that gets him outside. The same focus he brings to the ice is the same focus he brings to every car he works on.
